The inspirational and educational afternoon featured remarks from award-winning actress Marcia Gay Harden, author of “The Seasons of My Mother: A Memoir of Love, Family, and Flowers” and a research panel including:

- Frank Longo, M.D., Ph.D., Professor and Chair, Department of Neurology and Neurological Sciences, Stanford University and 2013 PTC grant recipient

- Heather M. Snyder, Ph.D., Sr. Director, Medical & Scientific Operations, Alzheimer’s Association
